Shades of Pastel and Moody Skies Provide the perfect Backdrop
At an intimate wedding, held in the grounds of a stunning grade II listed manor house in Sussex, these inspirational images were shot on an early winters day.
The couple chose a traditional marquee tent for their reception which was decorated beautifully with soft pastel hues. From the dusky pink candles to the gorgeous floral arrangements, even the moody grey sky added a certain elegance to the overall ambience and natural tones seen captured in these photos.
How to Hang Chandeliers in a Traditional Marquee Tent
Crescent Moon was challenged with providing a solution to hang our ornate Empire chandeliers as the centre piece in the marquee. The design of traditional tents usually poses an issue as there are no hanging points for the lights. With some clever thought and planning, we commissioned these architectural looking chandelier brackets, that are mounted on the central pole of the tent. These brackets allow clients to hang up to four chandeliers per pole in any style up to our magnificent 4ft tall lights. Thus providing the perfect placement for chandeliers to gently glisten above the guests as they dine and toast the happy couple.
